That’s right, as of yesterday the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TPVA) now allows for the import of vaping products into Canada! Filed under customs notice 18-05, the regulations have been loosened up a bit so that “Commercial shipments of vaping products with no health claims and no health product ingredients (can contain nicotine as a sole ingredient) may now be imported into Canada under the TPVA.”
This is fantastic news for vapers in Canada, as a whole new realm of flavors and companies offerings are now available for them to enjoy. This amendment to the TPVA was truly a winning move for everybody!
