PragerU paints vaping in a pretty good light
in the video linked below. They talk about the main difference between combustible smoking and eLiquid based vape products, citing all their sources along the way. I'm not so sure how this video slipped my attention because it came out last year but it was shown to me recently and I thought I'd share.
