All domestic orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, GUARANTEED!
Please note no shipping company provides any kind of money back guarantee if packages fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. An email will be sent to your email address to notify you the moment we ship your package. Please allow 24 business hours for the tracking number to generate. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking number generated to update.

 

Rates


All orders are carrier calculated. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Carrier calculated shipping enables Northlanders to receive the best rates possible based on their order weight and address. We offer flat rate shipping as well via USPS.
Northlanders that reside in Fargo, North Dakota; Moorhead, Minnesota; and surrounding communities are welcome to visit our Retail Locations. We are the Premier Supplier of Premium e-Liquid in the United States; please order with confidence and contact us with any questions!

 

International Shipping


Unfortunately at this time we are no longer shipping internationally.

 

Returns


Due to the nature of the products we currently sell, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damaged or defective goods. Unfortunately, no price adjustments can happen retroactively. This means that we cannot refund the difference in price for items purchased before the start of a product sale, collection sale or other sale. It is very important to input any coupon code at checkout as it cannot be applied after the fact. If you are having trouble inputting a coupon code, please contact our live support or e-mail us at support@northlandvapor.zendesk.com.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@northlandvapor.zendesk.com and send your item to: 4225 38th St SW, Shops C & D, Fargo, ND 58104. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You only have 15 days to file a claim with route from your purchase date.
