    • If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. An email will be sent to your email address to notify you the moment we ship your package. Please allow 24 business hours for the tracking number to generate. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking number generated to update.
    • Rates and Free Shipping
    • Northland Vapor Company offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 via USPS either First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package. All other orders are carrier calculated. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Carrier calculated shipping enables Northlanders to receive the best rates possible based on their order weight and address. We offer flat rate shipping as well via USPS.

  • International Shipping

    • Northland Vapor Company is proud to ship our American-made eLiquids internationally. Over 25% of our orders are international and 30% of repeat orders are international! We are proud of our track record and our process. We will ship to any country that allows the import of electronic cigarettes and controlled nicotine substances. Please check to see if your country’s import laws allow for import of controlled nicotine products before you order. Northland Vapor Company is not responsible for shipping to countries with controlled substance bans regarding eCigarettes or nicotine eLiquid.
    • Due to the nature of shipping, handling and delivery outside of the United States, all sales are final for international customers. We are also unable to keep our satisfaction guarantee policy or our standard warranty for these customers as well. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that all items leaving our facilities are packaged and handled in the same high-quality way as all other orders: our inability to guarantee the integrity of a package comes when that order leaves our national borders.
    • Returns and Refunds
    • All international returns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions about returning a product, defective returns or any other return shipping service, please e-mail us at We are unable to offer refunds for internationally shipped packages, however depending on your issue, certain solutions may be implemented on a case-by-case basis, such as reshipment of the product, store credit, etc. Again, all issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.     • Import Rejection
    • If your package is rejected by your country’s import/export services, please e-mail us at for assistance. We will work our best to implement the best solution based on your specific situation. Unfortunately we can no longer ship to Turkey.
    • Arrival Times
    • Arrival times for internationally shipped packages can be as short as a few days, and possibly up to a couple or few weeks. In some cases, arrival dates can be as long as several weeks from the date that the initial order was placed. This is likely due to customs checks and other import regulations that are dependent on the country or company being shipped to.  USPS first class international orders are processed through recipient countries native post services. Please allow for 7 to 10 days extra for processing and handling on international orders before contacting support.

  • Returns

    • Due to the nature of the products we currently sell, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damaged or defective goods. Unfortunately, no price adjustments can happen retroactively. This means that we cannot refund the difference in price for items purchased before the start of a product sale, collection sale or other sale.     • Exchanges
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 4225 38th St SW, Shops C & D, Fargo, ND 58104. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
