The latest stats from the CDC are out about smoking
and the results look promising, with smoking continuing it's overall downtrend that it has been on for the past few decades. Across the board of all the recorded demographics smoking is down. Here's the link if you want to check out the data yourself.
Now obviously the CDC isn't going to just come out and say vaping and eLiquids in general are the result of this trend, but we know that's not going to happen until the final nail in the tobacco coffin comes down, and the whole industry is properly established with federal regulation. That's okay though, we don't need to wait for all of that to happen to know the real reasons.
Interestingly enough the study factored in sexual orientation and psychological distress, which are two new areas added to the fact sheet this year. The sexual orientation is self reported but the psychological distress is based on the Kessler psychological distress scale.
